Whether you woke up with sudden pain or have chronic neck and low back pain related to sciatica, a bulging disc, or a herniated disc, we treat patients of every age and accept most major insurance plans.
Sports Injuries
Athletes treating athletes. Both doctors have advanced training and expertise in a sports injuries, in particular Dr. Jeffers who is also known as “the running doctor”.
Auto Accidents
Whiplash, disc, & soft tissue injuries from auto accidents, treated with spinal decompression, laser therapy, and other advanced modalities along with chiropractic care.

Our doctors personally examine every patient before recommending treatment. When circumstances call for it, whether that means accommodating a short-notice appointment or taking additional time to explain a diagnosis and the reasoning behind it, that level of attention is standard practice here, not an exception.

A father-son team who have built this practice together in San Diego for more than 40 years.
Has practiced chiropractic in San Diego for more than 40 years and is known as "the Running Doctor" for his passion and experience with sports and in particular running injuries.
Dr. Keith Jeffers, D.C.
Joined the practice in 2016, bringing his own background as a competitive athlete, with a focus on family health and wellbeing.
